Football Sunday Guacamole

1 jar of Green salsa
1 pkg of fresh avacado
1 bunch of cilantro
1 wedge of purple onion
2 jalapenos

put it all in the blender and add salt and lemon to taste

It makes so much and everyone loves it, so simple. the jar of chile verde keeps the avacado from turning brown too.  LOVE IT! my grandma would kill me for not making it fresh but who has the time!

Salsa, I don't actually follow a recipe.  Just chop and mix.

Tomatoes--chop and let drain for a few hours.  Drink the juice.
Sweet Onions--chopped fine
Jalapenos from a jar--chopped
A little bit of vinegar
A little minced garlic
Dried Dill weed

Serve on tacos, scrambled eggs or tortilla chips.
